We are located in Guarulhos, São Paulo, in a privileged position with access to the main highways — Presidente Dutra, Ayrton Senna, and Fernão Dias — next to Guarulhos International Airport. Across 6,000 m², we offer a modern manufacturing plant, die casting cells with automated robots suited to CQI-27 requirements, automated equipment, technology-driven machining cells, and fully equipped laboratories for quality and efficiency.

Aluminum Die Casting
Automated cold-chamber aluminum die casting cells up to 1,400 metric tons, featuring Bühler, Colosio, LK, and other equipment integrated with robots, trim presses, and process controls aligned with CQI-27.
Zinc Alloy Die Casting
Hot-chamber cells from 60 to 200 metric tons for zinc alloy component production.
Tooling and Fixtures
We provide tooling and fixture development, improvement, and maintenance. Preventive maintenance is documented through tooling-life monitoring reports. After each production run, tools are cleaned and lubricated to preserve performance, reliability, and service life.
Machining
Machining cells integrated into the production flow to meet component dimensional and functional requirements.
