Starcast is strategically located in Guarulhos, São Paulo, near Guarulhos International Airport and with convenient access to the Presidente Dutra, Ayrton Senna, and Fernão Dias highways. This location supports efficient domestic and international logistics.
Our 6,000 m² facility operates across three production shifts and combines automated aluminum die casting cells up to 1,400 metric tons, hot-chamber machines for zinc alloys, machining, assembly, and quality-control resources.
Cold-chamber aluminum cells from 100 to 1,400 metric tons, complete and automated (robot, trim press, and CQI-27 compliance).
Hot-chamber cells (zinc alloy) from 60 to 200 metric tons.
Our equipment portfolio includes globally recognized manufacturers such as Bühler, Colosio, and LK, among others, integrated with robots, trim presses, and process controls.
Our manufacturing flow is integrated and balanced across all stages to ensure productivity, efficiency, and consistent quality. Continuous process control supports reliability from die casting through final product delivery.
